Premium customer service is the cornerstone of our success, when adjusting and negotiating property loss claims for our patrons. As Public Adjusters we represent people in both residential as well as the commercial and business community with claim preparation, claim problems, investigation, analysis and insurance negotiations.
Interpreting an insurance policy when a disaster occurs, can be both confusing and exasperating for customers. As an agent for you, the insured, we will work swiftly and diligently on your behalf when adjusting your claims. We will assure that all applicable coverages are applied and settlements are maximized. Our approach to the adjustment of claims is both structured and supported by facts. Moreover, our process justifies claim settlements by higher percentages than those initially offered by insurance company adjusters.
Vortex Consulting Group, Inc. offers risk-free adjusting services to their customers combined with unsurpassed professionalism and experience. We are claims specialists working strictly for YOU, the insured. A common misconception among policyholders is that their insurance policies will be cancelled after a claim. Not so since this would be a serious violation for any insurance company to discriminate against a policyholder for exercising a right that is given by the state of Florida.
While it is not always clear, when a policyholder may benefit from hiring a public adjuster, the most benefit is likely to be realized if they are engaged immediately in case of a loss. Shortly after the insurance company receives notice of a loss, an adjuster representing the insurance company will visit the policyholder to gather facts about how the loss occurred, the magnitude of the loss, and the possibility of subrogation. Incorrect, incomplete or inadequately expressed answers to the adjuster's questions may reduce the amount that can be claimed. A public adjuster engaged early in the process, before the fact-finding stage, will have more opportunity to help the policyholder receive a fair settlement for all losses legitimately covered under the insurance policy. However, any time during negotiations with the insurance company and even after a settlement has been received by an insured, a public adjuster may be able to negotiate for a higher amount.
